Services Provided
Simon Thomas Deck & Design provides outdoor home-service installations including composite decking, fencing, garden rooms, balustrades, and outdoor lighting. All work is based on material selection, site measurement, scheduling, weather conditions, and installation requirements.
Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are free unless stated otherwise.
Pricing may change after an in-person site measurement.
Final cost is confirmed only once materials, design, and installation details are agreed in writing.
Scheduling & Access
Installation dates are not guaranteed until confirmed.Completion times depend on site conditions, weather, and material availability.You must provide safe access to the build area for site measurements and installations.
Payments & Deposits
Deposits (if required on a specific project) cover labour allocation and material securing.
Deposits are not refundable once materials are ordered or labour is scheduled.
Full payments are due as agreed in the quote or invoice provided.
6. Materials & Installation Liability
We only install materials rated for outdoor and coastal use.
We are not liable for normal weathering, algae growth, salt film, or moisture exposure on surrounding surfaces not part of the installation.
Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the manufacturer.
We are not responsible for defects in third-party supplied products beyond installation workmanship.
Homeowner Responsibilities
During installation, you agree to:
Keep children and pets clear of the build area.
Provide water and electricity access if needed.
Follow all safety advice from our technicians.
Inform us of any access limitations before Work begins.
Website Usage Restrictions
You may not:
Copy or reproduce written or visual content from our website for redistribution or resale.
Attempt to interfere with, attack, damage, or disrupt the website or associated systems.
We reserve the right to block abusive users or interactions if behaviour is harmful or unlawful.

Claim we have offices or physical storefronts in every town or region.
Promise project schedules or completion unless confirmed in writing.
